Windsurfer board recovery

Following the successful rescue of a windsurfer that had been in the cold water near Tokaapapa Reef for over an hour, Pelorus and Trust Porirua Rescue were redeployed to assist in searching for and recovering his board. It had been left behind so that he could be transported quickly to awaiting paramedics for checks at Mana Cruising Club.

The board was successfully loacated and recovered back to base.
