5 crew worked through helm praticals and navigation in Pauahatanui Inlet. locating sandbanks and safe routes around the top arm.
3 crew went on into Onepotor to practise some medium speed work, turns, coming alongside a MOB and berthing
Good strong winds and chop so a good training session.
