Critical Risk analysis workshop using the Bow Tie tool
CCR ran the course with an external Subject Matter Expert Paul Shaw from Tauranga. Peter Healy National Safety Manager coordinated the training. Crew from Wellington Manawatu Mana and taranaki attended
It was a solid grounding in the use of the tool to identify critical risks and prevention of them occuring and causing harm.
A bow tie was prepared for collision and will be shared nationally (along with all the others) after all regions have had the training. There will be a follow up to create 2 more, launch and retrieval including beacj=hes and bar crossings
