Session started ith a Bosuns Locker safety review on heaving lines
Rest of the evening was spent on seamanship, commuication skills and leadership. A simple task was worked through, transfering Mana Rescue 1 from one side of the berth to the other and back.
A plan for the task was worked through, tasks assigned, process confirmed, leadership affirmed.
An interesting night with the actual task achieved and a lot of learning for the crew
