MR2: Saturday Training Group (STG)

Commenced the session with three alongside tow set ups at three different vessel locations, the conditions were poor with high wind speeds, this tested the helming ability of each crew member. The second task was to moor MR2 to a number of fix point mooring locations and take  three point fixes within the harbour for use in a shore based navigation plotting session .
