CQM in marina with 23-30 knots
In and out of marina berths stern and bow to. Holding station on pole. Holding station in strong wind area between poles.
Twin controls getting in and out of above plus normal steering plus using combination of both methods.
Recovered lifejacket blown away from a yacht manouvering in the marina and having trouble with control. Returned lifejacket to yacht underway.
