intro to CRV familiarisation

Using templates for MR1 and 2 trainees and inductees took apart the vessels questioning what bits were for, naming them and restowing them with the idea that they will know where everything is and what it is for. Doug facilitated MR2 and Trevor Farmer did the MR1 session. Crew will later be asked to fill in blank template from scratch without reference to the vessels!
