Crew Resource management 2 run by RCI and Senior master Graham Weakley of Wellington Unit.
Involved 4 hours of theory followed by 4 hours on the water on Phoenix rescue a 6.8m Naiad hard top with twin 150 outboards. The on water session included various scenarios designed to challenge our crew management. Excellent learning all round and a great experience. Thank you Graham!
