Tuesday night training

Rod, Peter & Alan took the team through the concepts around the new Operations group - who is responsible for what and where there are opporutnities for us all to be involved.

We then went through the Induction part of the Trainee handbook - to refresh those that have been in the Unit for some time and to cover for any new crew that have missed any sessions.  Covered NZ Coastguard structure; NZ SAR structure / responsibilities; Unit Health & Safety policy; and Crew personal safety.
