Incident Management Team (IMT)

The Incident Management Team (IMT) started the evening working on a logisitics exercise determining the clothing sizes for all of the crews at Training.
Information was loaded onto a spreadsheet that will help the unit manage furture clothing purchases.
The IMT progressed into learning the skills needed for basic plotting of Lattitude and longtude to and from nautical charts
Expertise is Chart Work came from 3 of our new volunteers, Grant Crosland, Carl Nixon and John Bass. The crew got some good tips from the 3 tutors and went away with a better working knowledge of the basics of navigation.
