Tuesday night training with new recruits

12 new potential volunteers responded to the Kapi-Mana newspaper article requesting new volunteers. Those new volunteers attended a introduction by the President and Training Officer to let them know what would be expected of them and how they could help.

The rest of the existing crew tested both the fire pumps to ensure their operation and to also keep themselves familiar with priming and starting them.

Both vessels then went out for "local area familarisation" to show the new volunteers around the local are and introduce them to the vessels.
