Tuesday night training

When involved in a SAR event it is vital that all the crew know exactly where everything is on a coastguard vessel. Tonights training session involved starting on the bow of the vessel and working to the stern and discussing the use of every item, switch and valve.

Correct use of the emergency equipment like flares, EPRIB and fire fighting equipment was discussed. Fuel and electrical systems explained.
