Porirua rescue carried out navigation exercise around Mana Island. Exercise involved navigation using radar only making use of range rings and bearings to confirm postion. The crew also used this time to carry out a set of drills like fire on board etc

Pelorus was used in the inner harbour to give the crew some more close quarter helming practice.
