EPIRB 01022021

5 metre runabout, 3 adults, 1 child, had been fishing/diving in and around Ohau Bay. Engine would not go into forward gear (gearbox failure). No cell cover, Weather came up and they were concerned for safety so activated their EPIRB. Helo located them, MR1 & crew completed the recovery
