Move H28 to berth "A" pier close to walkway rocks

Moved H28 yacht (Desiree) from breastworks to Southern side "A" pier A1 close to walkway rocks.  Roped yacht into berth.  Yacht owned by Kapiti College.

Installed mooring line on B50 middle pole for Mana Marina.

Started exercise in light, finished in darkness.
