New volunteer earns her place on the crew
Congratulations to our newest recruit, Rachel Russell. Rachel has shown a lot of dedication to complete the induction phase of her Coastguard CRV Crew training to become a Trainee crew member. In fact, she has already attended a number of the training sessions that put her on track to achieve Operational status at which point she will be awarded an Operational Certificate. Below is the training matrix that all Coastguard CRV (Coastguard Rescue Vessel) crew are put through, at their own pace, when they volunteer their time to the Unit.
