Notice of Annual General Meeting

Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting for Coastguard Mana will occur on:

Thursday 16th September 2010 at 7.00pm
(Upstairs meeting room)
Mana Cruising Club
Ngatitoa Domain

Agenda items must be received in writing by the Secretary by Friday 27th August 2010.

Your input to this meeting is important and the committee would like to see you.  However, if you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.  This must be done on the enclosed form which must be with the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the meeting.

All Unit Management Committee positions are open for election.  These positions are President, Vice-President and seven Management Committee members.

If you wish to stand for office and require any information, please contact the secretary on info@coastguardmana.org.nz or phone 021-537-820.  A nomination form is enclosed and must be returned to the Secretary by Friday 27th August 2010.  

Nominations from the floor will only be accepted if insufficient nominations have been received by the 27th August 2010.

Members are also invited to join the present Committee for dinner (at own cost) at 6pm at the Mana Cruising Club.  If you are interested, please indicate your interest also with the Secretary.
