6m alluminium commercial fishing boat with 2 people on board broken down and at anchor near the shore just north of Boom Rock. The conditions at the time were rough with a 25-35kt southerly, but the vessel was tucked in near the coast.
Vessel was taken under tow by Mana Rescue 1 and returned back to Mana Cruising Club launching ramp.
