Cat1 sarop recovery of H28

H28 returning from marlborough sounds had enginemn problems, TPR located the vessel south of mana Island and transferred a crewman across to suportn the H28 crew, vessel was rafted up to TPR and taken into the pole moorings where is was transferred to its mooring.
